Greenman and Amper of Capstone Properties sell 28,520 s/f industrial property in East Providence for $1.1 million
East Providence, RI Chris Greenman and Neil Amper, SIOR of Capstone Properties sold a 28,520 s/f industrial building located at 101 Dexter Rd.
The property was sold to Central Paper of Pawtucket. It represents an expansion of their business of providing special paper, as well as tradition products.
The seller was Hennessey Dexter Road LLC. The sale price was $1.1 million.
