Greene | Sweeney Team completes record sale at Waterplace

Providence, RI Residential Properties Ltd sold Unit 1514 at 200 Exchange St. for $1.2 million. Sales associates Kira Greene and Michael Sweeney of the Greene | Sweeney Team represented the sellers. According to MLS, at $634 per s/f, this is the highest sale per s/f ever at Waterplace and the highest price per s/f sale in downtown since Greene | Sweeney’s previous sale at The Residences in 2018. 

Located at Waterplace Park in the downtown, you can enjoy the city’s skyline from this condominium that comprises the entire front side of the building’s 15th floor.
