Greene of Compass sells 132 Humboldt Ave. for $1.052m; Belanger of RPL assists

Providence, RI Compass negotiated the sale of 132 Humboldt Ave. on the city’s East Side for $1.052 million. Kira Greene, sales associate and one of the founding agents of Compass’ Providence office, represented the seller. Andrea Belanger of Residential Properties Ltd. represented the buyer. 132 Humboldt Ave. was under contract after just six days on the market and closed for more than $60,000 above the listing price, according to data maintained by the Rhode Island Statewide MLS.*

This 1947 ranch-style home has an open floor plan and is three blocks from Wayland Sq. The renovated kitchen contains stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, modern center island, and a sky light. A dining room with built-in storage provides the entertainment nook. The lower level provides additional living spaces for guests, plus a home office, media room, home gym, and a newly renovated full bathroom.

Greene specializes in relocation, renovation, and investment.
