Alves and Fox of Elite Commercial Rlty. sell 7,800 s/f for $1.05 million
Johnston, RI Michael Alves of Elite Commercial Realty, a subsidiary of KW Commercial, negotiated the $1.05 million sale of 277 Scituate Ave. for the seller Gerald Macera. Robert Fox of Elite Commercial represented the buyer Edgar Mota Gamez.
277 Scituate Ave., is an industrial property containing two buildings. The 4,800 s/f front building is occupied by Mota Gamez and his company Edgar Truck Repair. The 3,000 s/f rear building is to be leased or owner occupied.
