Giuttari of MG Commercial Real Estate and Malka of NGKF complete $4.5 million sale of 2000 Plainfield Pike

Cranston, RI Mike Giuttari, SIOR of MG Commercial Real Estate and Josh Malka of NGKF-NY, completed the sale of a 250,000 s/f facility on 19.5 acres at 2000 Plainfield Pike for $4.5 million. The property was sold to Berkeley Acquisition primarily for the use of Dean Warehousing, with the potential of additional space being available to 3rd party warehousing requirements.  The building is located directly at Exit 4 off of I-295, with a 4-way light at the entrance to the facility off the highway, an incredible location for its current use, and the potential for future redevelopment.

Giuttari represented Berkeley Acquisition on the sale. Berkeley Acquisition owns a number of large, similar properties in the RI area totaling approximately 1.5 million s/f. The seller was an investment group out of Manhattan, N.Y. represented by Malka.
