Giuttari of MG Comm'l. leases 30,000 s/f build to suit office to GSA

Mike Giuttari, SIOR, president of MG Commercial Real Estate Services has leased 30,000 s/f of new, class A office space to the GSA. The free standing building is located at 1 International Way and is owned by VAS Realty. It is located near the highway at the Airport Connector/Rte. 95 interchange. The location will serve as a new site for Homeland Security. The 2.5 acre property originally contained a 20,000 s/f building that was home to Saxon International. This facility was razed to make way for the new development. Giuttari exclusively represented VAS Realty and brought the GSA to the site. The interior improvements should be complete for an early spring 2008 occupancy.
