Giuttari and Sakr of MG Commercial complete sale of 33,320 s/f retail center at 1444-1464 Broncos Hwy.

Burrillville, RI Mike Giuttari, SIOR and Sylvia Sakr of MG Commercial Real Estate, completed the sale of a 33,320 s/f retail center on seven acres at 1444-1464 Broncos Hwy. The property was sold to Nach Realty Trust as a 100% occupied investment which was part of a 1031 exchange.  The property has tenants such as Dunkin’ Donuts and Anytime Fitness, with the ability to add a 4,000 s/f pad site.

Giuttari, president of MG Commercial represented the seller, Bronco Realty LLC and Sakr, vice president of MG Commercial represented the buyer Nach Realty.
