Giuttari and Mitchell of MG Commercial sell 24,500 s/f office for $1.925 million
Warwick, RI Mike Giuttari, SIOR and Leeds Mitchell, SIOR of MG Commercial have sold a 24,500 s/f office building located at 95 Jefferson Blvd. for The Jewelers Board of Trade to the Rhode Island Credit Union (RICU) for $1.925 million.
The property will be used by the RICU for administrative office space. They will make substantial improvements and additions to the property over the next six months. Giuttari and Mitchell represented the seller, The Jewelers Board of Trade, and American Commercial Real Estate brought in the buyer RICU to complete the transaction.
