Amper of Capstone sells 47,526 s/f industrial building for $3.25 million
Warwick, RI Neil Amper, SIOR, vice president of Capstone Properties has sold a 47,526 s/f industrial building on 4.27 acres at 289 Kilvert St.
There were five bids on the facility and the sellers chose New England Pallet and Logistics as the winning offer.
There were three existing tenants and the new owner will occupy one section of the building.
The asking price was $3.2 million and it sold for $3.25 million.
