Gerrick joins J.C. Cannistraro as in-house general counsel

Watertown, MA  Regina Gerrick  has joined J.C. Cannistraro’s corporate services team to serve as the firm’s in-house general counsel. With over 12 years of significant legal experience working in organizations including the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and The Community Builders, Inc., Gerrick calls upon her experience working on matters of corporate governance, contract negotiation, real estate development, insurance and financing as she joins Cannistraro and its growing construction, manufacturing and service operations.

Gerrick holds a Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School, an MBA from the Boston College Carroll Graduate School of Management and is a member of both the New York and Massachusetts Bar Associations.

“The region’s construction projects continue to be larger and more complex every year necessitating the highest level of professional management both of the projects and of our company in general,” said CEO David Cannistraro. “The addition of Gerrick helps us to continue to move forward as an organization, and allows us to focus our efforts on delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, our employees and business partners.”
