Galvin of H. Pearce Commercial sells Vicky's Corner restaurant for $1.3 million

According to H. Pearce Commercial, the landmark building known as Vicky's Corner has been sold. Vicky's Corner was a long time favorite shoreline restaurant. Opening this spring is an American style restaurant and lounge with live entertainment. H. Pearce's Joel Galvin, GRI, CCS, completed the sale of Vicky's Corner, a 5,000 s/f restaurant building at 1320 Boston Post Rd. for $1.3 million. Galvin represented the Mish Family in the sale.  Donahue Brothers, LLC, the buyers, were represented by attorney Tom Cronin of Madison. H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate specializes in Connecticut's central, south-central, and shoreline markets, with offices in North Haven and Rocky Hill.
