Gallaway of A.W. Perry negotiates lease at 77 Franklin for ownership
Tanenbaum-Harber Co., Inc., a risk management and insurance brokerage firm with offices in New York City and Garden City, N.Y.; Farmington, Conn.; Clark, N.J. and Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., recently opened a 1,554 s/f new location at 77 Franklin St. in the city's central Financial District. Jay Driscoll of Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) represented Tanenbaum-Harber in the lease transaction and Kerri Gallaway negotiated the lease on behalf of A.W. Perry.
