Galaxy Development adds three new tenants to Stonewall Commons

Putnam, CT Galaxy Development, LLC has leased three units at Stonewall Commons. The new tenants are Metro T-Mobile, Burlington Construction Co., and Hammanesett Construction.

Stonewall Commons is a 10,100 s/f shopping center adjacent to Advance Auto Parts and situated along Rte. 44 off Exit 47 of I-395. It is centrally located in a trade area and features tenants such as Subway, Charter Oak Federal Credit Union, Modern Nails and Safer Vapors. The plaza at 17 Providence Pike, sees over 15,000 vehicles per day making it a desirable area for local and national retailers. Retail neighbors on Rte. 44 include Walmart, CVS, Stop & Shop, Tractor Supply and Runnings. There is one 1,500 s/f unit remaining in the plaza and a pad site is available.

Galaxy Development, of Webster, Mass., specializes in the acquisition, design, construction and leasing of retail, life sciences, medical, residential and industrial properties throughout New England.
