Fugitt of John D. Hastings leases 1,575 s/f to Southwest Securities at 51 Riverside Ave.
David Fugitt, SIOR, senior vice president of John D. Hastings, Inc. Commercial Real Estate based in Westport, recently leased office space at 51 Riverside Ave. The space consisting of 1,575 s/f was leased to Southwest Securities. The lease is for five years. Fugitt was the sole agent involved in this transaction.
The leasing of this space leaves the 33,000 s/f office complex with only 738 s/f remaining for lease.
Fugitt is the exclusive broker representing the landlord, Sumaran LP.
Fugitt also subleased 1,500 s/f of office space at 18 Kings Hwy. North. The sub-tenant is the law firm of Lucas, Bagnell. Fugitt represented the sub-tenant and D.J. Smith of Rand Real Estate represented the sub-landlord.
