Freshman and Giuttari of MG Commercial sell 25,280 s/f industrial asset for $2.155 million
East Providence, RI Julie Freshman and Mike Giuttari, SIOR of MG Commercial have sold a 25,280 s/f, modern industrial building at 41 Commercial Way for Ballast Point Realty, LLC to JAR Enterprises, LLC, for $2.155 million. The purchaser was looking to expand their business and found this building around the corner from their headquarters.
41 Commercial Way is a 25,280 s/f facility on 2.88 acres off of Waterman Ave.
