Cumberland, RI The Foncellino Team of Coldwell Banker Commercial listed and leased 5,500 s/f of office space at 45 Industrial Dr.
The new tenant, Cowork Cumberland, is an office space business center. CoWork offers flex desks, private offices, conference rooms, furniture, WiFi, utilities, and shared spaces.
The Foncellino Team represented the tenant Cowork, and the landlord, Blackridge Properties.
