Ron Fredette of KW Commercial negotiated an 8,063 s/f lease of office space at 3 Executive Park Rd. in the Executive Park.
Sue Ann Johnson of Cushman & Wakefield co-brokered the deal.
The landlord is Northland Investment Corp. and the tenant is CEO Bedford, Inc.
