Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker lists and sells 2,200 s/f

The Ann Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker's commercial division has listed and sold two medical office condominiums totaling 2,200 s/f to Dr. Jasper Ngomba. The space will be utilized for a new medical clinic. The 380 Elm St. building is the renovated Attleborough Falls Gas Holder building. It is one of only six documented intact buildings of its type in Mass. These round industrial buildings housed gas holders or "gasometers" which were storage tanks for coal gas, a popular industrial and domestic illuminate during the second half of the 19th century. The building has been renovated into six office condominiums with ample parking and easy access to Rte. I-95.
