Cregan of Paramount Properties leases 14,752 s/f in West Warwick
John Cregan of Paramount Properties has leased the 14,752 s/f warehouse building at 2 Szydlo Dr.
Cregan represented the landlord, Arpin Associates LLC and procured the tenant, Impact Action Sports Park in this long-term lease transaction.
