Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker leases 5,500 s/f
Ann Foncellino's team at Coldwell Banker Commercial Brokerage listed and leased 5,500 s/f to Bread of Life International Worship Center at 20 North Blossom St. The church started in 2006 and has grown to a large congregation.
The space is being renovated to allow assembly and education areas. With the lease of this space, the building is completely leased with the adjoining tenant, Sandstrom Safety Inc.
