Feiner of MG Commercial Real Estate brokers four retail transactions totaling 9,450 s/f

Dan Feiner, senior vice president of MG Commercial Real Estate, negotiated four retail leases totalling 9,450 s/f. Representing Sabre Development Co. LLC, the property owner of the former Tim Horton's, located at 63 Airport Rd., Warwick, Feiner completed a deal with Egg Roll Café. The restaurant is a 2,400 s/f free-standing building equipped with a drive-thru and is located next to Hoxie Four Corners. The property has visibility from the street and daily traffic. Egg Roll Café is expanding from its location in Lowell, Mass. and is expecting to open by the first quarter of 2012. Additionally, Feiner represented the ownership of 20 Commerce Way in Seekonk, Mass. and recently completed a lease with Claddagh Connection for 2,000 s/f. Claddagh Connection is relocating from Bristol and is in the business of selling Irish crystal, belleek china, pewter, knitwear and other giftware. Also, Feiner was responsible for relocating Datastream Plus to 1285 Park Ave., Cranston, in the 1,350 s/f end-cap unit. Most recently, Feiner represented Bay Business Machines, a Konika Minolta provider, and helped relocate them to 44 Albion Rd., Lincoln, in a 3,700 s/f space.
