Residential Properties Ltd. (RPL) sold the highest priced property in town for the first three quarters of 2011. 2 Waterway sold for $3 million due to the marketing effort of Judy Chace of the Narragansett office. The buyer was introduced to the property by Mary Ann Lisi, also of RPL's Narragansett office.
The Saunderstown village property includes 3 acres of oceanfront land with gardens and a stone terrace overlooking Narraganset Bay. The home called Yellow Shutters featured over 5,000 s/f of living space and was built in 1939. The list price for the home was $3.295 million.
