Empire State Realty renews 35,661 s/f lease to Ernst & Young

Stamford, CT According to Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. (ESRT), Ernst & Young renewed its lease at First Stamford Place, covering 35,661 s/f over contiguous space in two buildings at the office complex.

Ernst & Young is one of the world’s largest professional services firm providing its clients with help in the assurance, advisory, tax, and transition advisory sectors. Ernst & Young has over 200,000 clients in 150 countries.

“First Stamford Place’s immediate proximity to mass transit, easy accessibility to I-95, and extensive list of on-campus amenities make it an ideal location for tenants who have employees traveling from within Connecticut and the larger tri-state area,” said Jeffrey Newman, senior vice president of ESRT. “ESRT is pleased to continue our relationship with Ernst & Young.”

Neil Goldmacher, Dina Deutsch and Greg Frisoli from Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) represented Ernst & Young in the lease negotiations. 

Newman, Kimberly Zaccagnino and Kristin Dermer represented ESRT.
