Dow Realty and Press|Cuozzo complete $765,000 sale

North Haven, CT Dow Realty Co. and Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services have completed the sale of 202-204 State St., Building B. The transaction closed at $765,000, with Jeff Dow, CCIM, of Dow Realty representing the seller, ACES, and Stephen Press, SIOR, and Tony Poccia, of Press|Cuozzo representing the buyer, TRM, LLC.

This stand-alone, 7,870 s/f office building is part of a two-building office condominium complex at the corner of State and Devine Sts., at the off ramp of the Rte. 40 connector, and next to Yale-New Haven’s Health North Haven Medical Campus.
