East Brown Cow hires Demler for multiple roles

Portland, ME East Brown Cow, a real estate investment, development and management firm has hired Natalie Demler.

Demler joined last month as executive assistant to the chief operating officer and general counsel, Stephen Nahley. Demler will also be taking on the newly formed role of office manager, overseeing and maintaining office systems and procedures.

Originally from Utah, Demler graduated from Utah State University and later lived in Massachusetts before moving to Maine to take the position with East Brown Cow. In Boston, she served as the office administrator for a well-established commercial real-estate company in the downtown area.

In her new role, Demler is looking forward to leveraging her experience in support of East Brown Cow’s fast-expanding portfolio of existing properties and future acquisition, development, and management activities in Portland’s historic Old Port.

“Natalie’s prior real-estate experience made her the ideal candidate for this position,” says Nahley. “As East Brown Cow continues to grow in both the scale and complexity of our work, a key to successfully implementing our vision is our high standard for professionalism and organization. Natalie’s industry knowledge and attention to detail will help move us forward as we continue to invest in the urban fabric of Portland.”

Natalie currently resides in Portland and, when she’s not working, she enjoys traveling to different countries and practicing yoga.
