Donahue + Associates lease 5,640 s/f at 150 Water Tower Circle to Fab-Tech
Colchester, VT Steve Donahue of Donahue + Associates leased 5,640 s/f in 150 Water Tower Circle to bring the occupancy of the building to 100%.
The tenant, Fab-Tech, a division of Exyte Group, will continue their growth in Vermont with their work in specialized coated duct systems and high-tech corrosive resistant exhaust solutions.
