DiPrete Engineering provides services for Seasons Corner Market

945 Douglas Pike - Smithfield, R.I.

Smithfield, RI Seasons Corner Market teamed up with J.B. Lanagan & Company, Byron Devcomm, Inc., DiPrete Engineering, Adler Pollock & Sheehan P.C., McMahon Associates, Ayoub Engineering, and Creative Environment Corp. to design and construct a new Seasons Corner Market next door to Laura’s Bar and Grill at 945 Douglas Pike.

DiPrete Engineering provided land surveying, site engineering including stormwater management design, regulatory permitting, construction documentation and oversight.

Seasons Corner Market is a New England-based gas station and convenience store with 40+ stores throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire.

The project is the first to feature Seasons’ new coffee shop brand, coined Corner Market Café. In addition to the 24-hour convenience store, the facility offers 12 vehicle fueling positions and a drive-thru for quick café access.

The Smithfield Seasons was completed in November 2020 and is open for business.
