DeStefano & Assocs. provides services for two multifamily projects, a lab and a dental facility
Cumberland Foreside, ME DeStefano & Associates, Inc. (DAI) has started the construction of a 45-unit condo project on Rte. 1 This four-story structure will contain one- and two-bedroom condos, underground parking, workout room, community area, and car charging port. Completion is planned for spring 2024. The owner project manager is Shinberg Consulting and the architect is Mark Mueller Architects.
DAI has completed the design and construction of two multi-family buildings at Verdant Pastures on Ladds Ln. in Epping, NH. The architect is Lassel Architect. Site engineering by Jones & Beach.
DeStefano & Associates, Inc. (DAI) has started the design and construction of a 3,000 sf lab on Sundial Ave. in Manchester, NH for Nylon Corp. of America. This new space will consist of a research and development lab, conference room, offices, and storage space. The architect is Stephen Fleshman Architects, LLC. Completion is estimated to be spring 2023.
DeStefano & Associates, Inc. (DAI) has been awarded the fitup of a new 2,500 sf Aspen Dental in Derry, NH. Excel Engineering Inc. is the Architect. Anticipated completion is spring 2023.
