DeStefano & Associates, Inc. completes two retail projects, starts four

Portsmouth, NH DeStefano & Associates, Inc. (DAI) has completed two projects and has broken ground on four.

• Aspen Dental in Derry, NH – DAI has completed the fit-up of a new 2,500 s/f Aspen Dental. Excel Engineering Inc. was the architect.

• Aroma Joe’s in Kittery, ME – DAI has completed the construction of a new ground up 900 s/f Aroma Joe’s on 523 US Rte. 1. TK Architects was the architect.

• Aroma Joe’s in Seabrook, NH – DAI has started the construction of a new ground up 900 s/f Aroma Joe’s at 270 Lafayette Rd. TK Architects is the architect. Anticipated completion is scheduled for Dec. 2023.

• Dunkin Donuts in Limerick, ME – DAI has broken ground for a new 1200 s/f Dunkin Donuts. Architect is Aharonian & Associates, Inc. Anticipated completion is Dec. 2023.

• Dollar General in East Waterboro, ME – DAI has broken ground for a new 11,500 s/f Dollar General. Architect is Aharonian & Associates, Inc. Anticipated completion is Dec. 2023.

• Wholistic Pet – Bedford, NH – DAI has broken ground for a new office, manufacturing, warehouse facility of approximately 25,000 s/f for Wholistic Pet. Design was provided by Bernard Martel Architecture Inc. Anticipated completion is late spring 2024.
