Sheehan Phinney

“In the three years since Chloe joined Sheehan Phinney’s Affordable Housing Group, she assimilated a wealth of knowledge in Affordable Housing development. She has worked hard to establish relationships and garner the respect of the firm’s clients, opposing counsel, lenders, syndicators and the people she works with at state housing authorities. Her enthusiasm and eagerness to help developers provide affordable housing is infectious. She is well on her way to becoming a national presence in the affordable housing world.” - Kenneth Viscarello, Shareholder and Chair of the Affordable Housing Group at Sheehan Phinney.

Recent milestone or project you’re most proud of? Celebrating 3 years as a member of Sheehan’s affordable housing practice group. I started my career as a litigator, representing individuals and businesses in court, before trading disputes for deals. Now, I’m privileged to work with a talented team at Sheehan and purpose- driven developers to bring clean, safe, affordable housing to our communities. I even get to watch a project’s construction from my living room window, knowing all the work needed to get shovels in the ground. I’m proud of my courage to change course and grateful to my group colleagues at Sheehan who took the leap with me.
