Dawson joins Tighe & Bond as a senior project manager

William Dawson has joined Tighe & Bond as a senior project manager. A civil engineer, Dawson brings 32 years of experience in water and wastewater system improvements and construction administration services to Tighe & Bond clients. During this time, he has served a wide range of New England municipalities and water suppliers. His expertise includes the study, design, permitting, construction administration and start-up of building and infrastructure facilities for numerous water distribution, wastewater collection and treatment systems. Over his career, Dawson has been involved with the design and construction of more than 20 municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities. "Bill is a welcome addition to our expanding full service Portsmouth office, which has seen substantial growth over the past four years," said David Pinsky, president and CEO of Tighe & Bond. "Bill's professional credentials, and substantial knowledge of the region's water resources, infrastructure, and facilities strengthens our ability to provide unparalleled service to our clients. A resident of Cumberland, ME, Dawson earned his bachelor of science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine at Orono. He is also a member of the Maine Water Utilities Association.
