Dan and Nicole Harding of Lila Delman Compass complete $6 million sale of South Kingston property

Kingstown, RI Lila Delman Compass have completed the sale of 118 Turner Cove Way for $6 million. Dan and Nicole Harding of Lila Delman Compass’ Narragansett Office, represented the seller in this transaction. According to data maintained by the Rhode Island Statewide MLS, this transaction marks the 2nd highest sale in Narragansett year-to-date, passing their own record sale at 19 Searidge Drive earlier this year.

Comprised of 3 lots with 10.5 acres and 835 feet of linear coastline, this Great Salt Pond waterfront home includes a detached 2-car garage, art studio, workshop and potting shed. Accessed by a 1.3 mile drive, this remarkable residence is surrounded by one of the most scenic conservation-protected settings of field stone walls & farmland.

“‘Downpond’ is a truly rare & extraordinary waterfront estate. It was such an honor to work with a family who entrusted us with their special property that’s been in their family for over 60 years”, said Dan Harding. “Selling exceptional, waterfront properties in South County allows us to meet some really amazing people and creates lasting relationships which is one of the things we enjoy most about our profession!”
