D.L. Saunders renews 4,000 s/f lease to Management Search
The D.L. Saunders Companies completed a lease renewal with its tenant Management Search Inc. at One State Street. Jay Fluck of CB Richard Ellis New England represented the tenant.
Located across from the State House, One State St. a 36,000 s/f office building houses numerous companies.
Fluck said, "They are just happy to have found a home they can stick with. They are very comfortable at One State St., which provides them with all the necessary ingredients year to year, such as additional parking and health club memberships."
Management Search has occupied over 4,000 s/f for 22 years at One State St. They have maintained close relationships with local clients.
