Jeff Allaire of ERA Key Commercial represented the seller K & J Realty Trust in the sale of a two building, 12 unit complex at 349 - 353 East St for $1.15 million ($95,833 per unit).
Allaire represents K & J exclusively in sales and acquisitions throughout Mass.
Teresa Ford of RE/MAX Landmark procured the buyer, East St 349 Realty Trust. The property consists of two six-unit buildings with one and two bedroom apartments located on over two acres on Rte. 140.
The buyer is an investor who has plans for infrastructure and utilities improvements.
