Tinkham Realty handles two sales - $495,000
Tinkham Realty, Inc. handle the sale of 6 and 8 Londonderry Rd. to Yeldrig Partners.
Each parcel consists of one half acre of commercial/industrial land with buildings.
Bill Zolla, commercial advisor with Tinkham Realty, negotiated the sale on behalf of the owners, David Freedman and Rodney Folia.
The sale prices as recorded in the Rockingham County Registry of Deeds were $240,000 for 6 Londonderry Rd., and $255,000 for 8 Londonderry Rd.
