Cushman & Wakefield arranges 64,000 s/f lease to 3Step Sports at 300 Brickstone Sq.

Andover, MA Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a long-term lease for 3Step Sports at 300 Brickstone Sq. The tenant, a youth sports company, will occupy 64,000 s/f on the 4th and 9th floors.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Blake Baldwin, Shayne O’Neil and Petra Flynn represented the landlord, KS Partners. Matt Quinlan of SVN Parsons represented the tenant.

“We are thrilled to welcome 3Step Sports to the building in one of the largest office leases signed in Andover so far this year,” said Baldwin. “3Step Sports was attracted to the lively, upbeat and social atmosphere that 300 Brickstone Sq. provides through its top-tier tenants and high-quality amenities.”

“Brickstone Sq. celebrates its 100th anniversary this year and the park continues to provide high-level businesses with a productive and social work environment,” said Kambiz Shahbazi, principal at KS Partners. “With the addition of tenants like 3Step Sports and our commitment to lab conversions, Brickstone remains at the forefront of innovation.”

Brickstone Sq. is a 1 million s/f, four-building office campus that is turning 100 years old this year.

The property recently underwent extensive capital improvements resulting in expanded café services, an on-site bistro, fitness center, game room and a new outdoor patio and courtyard. The asset also features a conference center with flexible seating configurations and 3,000 parking spots.

Located in downtown, the property is surrounded by retail, dining and entertainment options. The asset is in proximity to I-495 and 93 allowing access to Boston.
