Angel Commercial handles 4,047 s/f lease to Southport Family Dental

Southport, CT According to commercial real estate firm Angel Commercial, LLC, Southport Family Dental has executed a long-term lease for 4,047 s/f of office space on the third floor at Southport Crossing, located at 3530 Post Rd.

Southport Family Dental will be relocating from 10 John St. A women-run practice, Dr. Colleen Randall and Dr. Pamela Gibson earned their Doctor of Dental Medicine degrees from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. Before purchasing Southport Family Dental, Dr. Randall practiced as an associate in Cheshire, and Dr. Gibson practiced in Fairfield County.

“There is only one 5,537 s/f office suite remaining at this three-story 37,500 s/f modern office building located on Rte. One,” said Jon Angel, who represented the landlord in this transaction. “The building has excellent visibility, covered parking, and is minutes to I-95, the Southport Metro-North Train Station, banks, restaurants, and the Equinox Fitness Center.”

Choyce Peterson Inc. represented the tenant.
