Cuozzo and Press of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services collaborate for $265,000 sale

According to Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, it has completed the recent sale of units 3 and 4 at Commerce Park, 222 Elm St. The combined units totalled 4,040 s/f and are comprised of 1,245 s/f of high grade office / showroom and 2,795 s/f of 16 ft. warehouse / distribution space. The units offered two overhead doors and the entire space was air-conditioned. The units closed at $265,000. John Cuozzo, Jr., CBR was the listing broker representing the seller, Elm Street Trust, LLC, and Stephen Press, SIOR represented the buyer, Fluid Properties, LLC. Press/Cuozzo Realtors, located at 2751 Dixwell Ave., Hamden, CT, has been serving the greater New Haven area since 1990. Press/Cuozzo Realtors provides the services of a commercial/industrial division, residential brokerage, senior real estate services and relocation services.
