Cronin Development to debut St. Regis Residences brand at 150 Seaport Blvd.

Boston, MA Cronin Development plans to debut The St. Regis Residences Boston in 2020 within a luxury residential-only tower set to become a recognizable landmark on the city’s skyline. The St. Regis Residences, Boston will rise at 150 Seaport Blvd. and feature views of Boston Harbor.

“The St. Regis brand evokes the highest level of luxury and we are thrilled to bring this iconic brand to Boston’s residents for the first time,” said Cronin Development founder Jon Cronin. “Our team is incredibly inspired to deliver this building, which will offer exceptional privacy in addition to exemplary services, amenities and benefits – and at an extraordinary location, resting directly on Boston’s waterfront.”

The St. Regis Residences, Boston, will feature 114 luxury condominiums ranging from one-bedroom units to penthouse homes with access to the brand’s renowned signature services and amenities, including concierge and butler service.

Amenities will also include a swimming pool, spa, health club library and golf simulation room - all exclusive to owners.

The building will be known for its unique architecture and exquisite design. Legendary Boston architect Howard Elkus of Elkus Manfredi designed 150 Seaport Boulevard with a billowing style specifically to mimic the curvilinear shape of a tall ship at sail. It will stand 22 stories tall at the gateway to Boston Harbor. On the ground and second level, owners and their guests will also be able to enjoy a signature restaurant experience that will also cater to area visitors, neighbors and office workers.

“Boston is a dynamic residential market and perfect for the modern glamour of St. Regis-branded residences,” said Dana Jacobsohn, Global Mixed Use Development, Marriott International. “We’re excited to add The St. Regis Residences Boston, to our growing portfolio of branded residential projects around the world.”

Interested buyers and brokers can visit 150seaport.com/ to request additional information and register for an exclusive preview. A rendering of the tower is found here.

The St. Regis Residences, Boston are not owned, developed or sold by Marriott International, Inc. or its affiliates ("Marriott"). 150 Seaport LLC uses the St. Regis marks under a license from Marriott, which has not confirmed the accuracy of any of the statements or representations made about the project.
