Boston, MA According to Boylston Properties, Andrew Copelotti has assumed the position of principal. An industry leader with over 6,000 units of multi-family development and construction experience in the Greater Boston market, Copelotti’s immediate major responsibility is managing the development of Boulevard & Bond, the 425 residences at Arsenal Yards, a mixed-use destination development in Watertown, Mass. Additionally, he is responsible for sourcing and managing future residential projects for Boylston Properties.

“Boylston Properties’ commitment to community and exceptional quality of work is what initially attracted me to this position,” said Copelotti. “It’s an honor to be given the opportunity to lead the Boylston Properties team in multifamily opportunities and the many other asset classes that Boylston has experience in, and I’m especially delighted to have worked with Boylston for almost 2 years on the Arsenal Yards housing that brings so much to an already great part of Watertown.”

“Andrew’s extensive experience in the Greater Boston area, especially his quality work with Equity Residential’s multifamily apartment communities, has greatly contributed to Boylston Properties’ recognition as an industry-leader in the residential space,” said Bill McQuillan, president of Boylston Properties. “We’re excited about the possibilities that lie ahead with Andrew’s leadership and passion that fuels his ongoing success.”

Copelotti previously held the position of vice president of development for Equity Residential where he completed 900 luxury rentals and 1,206 underground parking spaces. He was responsible for sourcing sites, securing project entitlements, selecting the design and engineering teams, managing the pre-construction process, selecting the construction manager, negotiating contracts, overseeing project management and working with property management for the construction of Equity’s multifamily apartment communities.
