CresaPartners opens new office in Norwalk

CresaPartners has opened a new office in Norwalk to service coprorations located in Fairfield County and Westchester County, N.Y. Seasoned advisors Jeffrey Gage, formerly of Jones Lang LaSalle/Albert B. Ashforth; Michelle Russo, formerly of Digitas Inc.; and CresaPartners' own Judd McArthur will help tenants take advantage of favorable market conditions. "We believe the current economic climate creates tremendous opportunities to advise tenants on their office relocation or lease extension/renewal processes," said Jeffrey Gage, managing principal, CresaPartners Norwalk. Each member of CresaPartners' Norwalk team has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience. McArthur and Gage have strong track records of providing local clients with transaction management services, and Russo brings the execution and project management skills that she perfected while at Digitas, Inc. and IDX (now GE Health). The new office is located at 200 Connecticut Ave.
