Scafati of Press/Cuozzo leases 15,500 s/f to Bar-Plate Mfg. Co.

According to Stephen Press, SIOR, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Albert Scafati, senior commercial advisor, has leased 15,500 s/f of industrial space at 1180 Sherman Ave. to Bar-Plate Manufacturing Company. Bar-Plate is in the business of die making and die cutting. The company has a complete inventory of products and manufactures most of the items it sells. Special orders are manufactured to exact specifications and stock items are shipped the same day. The company will take occupancy this month. Scafati of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services was the sole broker in the transaction, representing the landlord, Michael Landino, as well as the tenant, Bar-Plate Manufacturing Company.
