Cresa represents Crown Forwarding in 10-year lease in Danbury

Jeffrey Gage and Richard Opalenik of Cresa Fairfield County and Mike Johnson of Cresa Orange County, Calif. represented Crown Forwarding Inc dba Crown World Mobility in a lease for corporate office space at Ridgebury Corporate Center, 44 Old Ridgebury Rd. Crown World Mobility is a forward-thinking company with almost 50 years of industry experience, expertise, resources and flexibility to provide customized and scalable global mobility management solutions for all types of businesses. Crown World Mobility is a division of the Crown Worldwide Group, with global headquarters in Hong Kong. Crown Worldwide Group, established in 1965, is a privately held company that operates from over 265 locations in almost 60 countries. The owner, Allegiance Realty Corp., was represented by Kim Mowers of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Ridgebury Corporate Center is a 134,805 s/f class A office property. The property is in close proximity to I-84, providing easy access to New York City, Westchester County and lower Fairfield County.
