MyServiceCompany.Net, LLC, d/b/a Used Fitness Equipment Warehouse, has leased 10,199 s/f at 222 Universal Dr. The company buys and sells used fitness equipment and plans to be open for limited public retail. Its managers are Kevin Albert and Ronald Bergeron. Barry Stratton and Kevin Geenty SIOR, of The Geenty Group, Realtors, were the sole agents for this transaction. The Geenty Group also leased 3,000 s/f in a multi-tenanted building at 65 South Turnpike Rd. in Wallingford. The unit has a truck dock and a drive in truck door. The tenant is Joerns, LLC. Their business involves the storage, cleaning, distribution, and rental of medical equipment. They rent specialized hospital beds to hospitals, nursing homes, etc. on a national basis. David Brent is the director of service operations. The tenant's agent was Kevin Geenty SIOR. Bill Clark, also of The Geenty Group, was the agent for the landlord, 65 South Turnpike, LLC.
