Barber of Pearce Commercial sells 9,400 s/f at 30 Montowese Avenue
According to Barbara Pearce, president of Pearce Commercial Real Estate, Phil Barber completed a sale transaction of 30 Montowese Ave.
The 9,400 s/f industrial building was sold to Luigi Ferraro.
Barber represented the buyer, Luigi Ferraro, who plans to put the building on the market for lease. Rich Gold and Tim McMahon of ORL Commercial represented the seller, RSB Associates, in this transaction.
