Daniel Cregan and John Cregan have sold the 7,680 s/f cement block industrial building at 9 Industrial Rd. for $490,000.
The structure is located on 2.03 acres with 1,280 s/f of office space and 6,400 s/f of warehouse/flex space. The building has 2 loading docks, is sprinklered and is located off Dyer Ave.
Daniel Cregan represented the seller, Suzanne Conley and John Cregan represented the buyer, Kennedy Properties, LLC.
