Cregan and Crecelius of Paramount Properties lease 11,400 s/f
Daniel Cregan and Cris Crecelius of Paramount Properties Group, Inc. have leased the free standing 11,400 s/f building at 40 Patton Rd. to Real Reel Corp.
40 Patton Rd. is owned by The Arden Corp. and is a cement block warehouse building with 14' ceilings and two loading docks. Real Reel leased the building for storage of materials.
Cregan and Crecelius represented the building owner and also procured the tenant.
