CP Management adds six to portfolio - includes office, industrial and multifamily

Concord, NH CP Management has added six new properties to their management portfolio through the fall and winter of 2022/2023. Their diverse uses, sizes, and locations show the breadth of properties that CP can provide quality management services for.

• 6 Loudon Rd., Concord – 65,520 s/f office building. Twenty-five current tenants with a large group of medical users. Previous building owners completed significant renovations and filled large vacancies.

• Verdant Pastures, Epping – This 100-acre property borders the Lamprey River and contains buildings at varying levels of renovation. There are 15 multifamily units in addition to a theatre on site that is used for local productions.

• 1-9 Water St., Exeter – 6,700 s/f commercial building located along the Squamscott River. The former location of Loaf and Ladle is home of Seadog Brewing Company.

• 16 Garabedian Dr., Salem – 52,800 s/f industrial building with four current tenants.

• Norris Brook Condominiums, Exeter – 128 units located on Brookside Dr. Amenities include an onsite pool, clubhouse, and accessibility to walking trails.

• Governor Weare Apartments, Seabrook – 84-unit market rate multifamily apartment community on Lafayette Rd. The garden-style apartment community has been under the same ownership over the last 30 years.

Under new management, CP will assist with modernizing the property by overseeing apartment renovations as well as aesthetic updates to the exterior of the property.
