Bachman and Choate of Colliers sell seven-unit multifamily for $1.47m
Dover, NH Colliers negotiated the sale of the seven-unit multifamily at 511-517 Central Ave. According to the Strafford County Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $1.47 million.
Abigail Bachman and David Choate, of Colliers’ Portsmouth office, procured the buyer, Portsmouth Realty LLC. Arthur Pappas, of Keller Williams Coastal Realty, represented the seller.
The 7,700 s/f building consists of five residential units and two commercial/retail units on the first floor. This fully leased property was a strong investment for the 1031 exchange buyer with longer term leases in place with the two commercial tenants and a strong residential rental market in town.
