Conway of Conway Commercial brokers $622,000 sale; Harrington Holdings, LLC sold 6,570 s/f to LSGJ Realty, LLC

Cranston, RI Jim Conway of Conway Commercial Group has sold a 6,570 s/f, two-story masonry office building at 78 Kenwood St. for $622,000 to LSGJ Realty, LLC.
The property will be the new home for LaPlante Sowa Goldman Attorneys at Law.
Lending was provided through utilization of the SBA504 lending program by The Washington Trust Co.
The seller, Harrington Holdings, LLC is leasing back 1,500 s/f within the building.
Conway Commercial Group services all of the state and Southeastern Mass.
